Next, you add additional Personal Development Goals that you know would make you a much better person. Be honest with yourself and with your list - no one is perfect.

Then, you identify specific action-steps you will take to achieve each Personal Development Goal.
Finally, you prioritize your list of Personal Development Goals and their related action-steps.
Up to five Personal Development Goals automatically forward into Worksheet #10, your Growth Plan.
