You identify and evaluate the "value legacy" you would like to leave among the people you know and love.
This mental exercise begins with imagining your own death. Then it asks two questions:
1) What would you like your family, your best friends, and your classmates to say about you upon your death? And,
2) How likely would it be that they could honestly say and mean that?
Any gap between the two can be used in Worksheet #5 to develop the Personal Development Goals you will work on to help you become a better person.
While this is an extremely helpful mental exercise, no part of Worksheet #3 forwards into Worksheet #10, your Growth Plan.
