You use a Key Values Chart to help you identify (and then prioritize)
the Key Values that you want to use to guide and control your everyday life, sort of like a stoplight controls traffic.
Then, for each Key Value, you create two Behavioral Groundrules that describe how you will actually live out that Key Value in your everyday life. Generally, one can be in a positive voice, like "always tell the truth, despite the consequences." And the other can be in a negative voice, like "don't lie, deceive, or strech the truth."
Up to seven of your prioritized Key Values and their connected Groundrules automatically forward into Worksheet #10, your Growth Plan.
