Here is what you'll be doing here at Stop #10 of your Growth Planning Journey to finalize the first of many frequently updated versions of your Growth Plan.
First, you carefully review, edit for
spelling mistakes, and possibly change your Self-Identity, Life-Purpose, and Long-Term Achievement Goals forwarded from Worksheet #1.
Then, you add a very brief - and memorable - 5-Year Mission that summarizes 2-4 of the most absolutely critical goals you want to accomplish in the next five years of your life.
Next, you review and prioritize your Key Values forwarded from Worksheet #2 and your Personal Development Goals forwarded from Worksheet #5.
Then, you create at least one annual objective for each Key Life-Goal.
Next, you put your Key Life-Goals in the exact priority order you want them.
Finally, you use a Potential Barriers Chart to help you identify the biggest barrier you are currently facing that could prevent you from achieving your goals and realizing your vision ... plus you describe how you will overcome this barrier.
CONGRATULATIONS!! When you are at the end of this stop, your current draft of your Growth Plan is complete. But, because circumstances often change in your life, you will want to frequently return to Worksheet #10 to review and update your Growth Plan.
