At stop #1 on your Growth Planning Journey, you create the first draft of the long-term components of you
r Growth Plan.
To begin, you make a list of the very most important things to you in the whole wide world, and then you prioritize the list.
Then, you make a list of the people who have influenced you most so far in your life, including what you have learned from each person.
[Note: the following sections of Worksheet #1 are usually completed later, after you have received your Myers-Briggs and Strong Interest Inventory assessment results.]
Next, based on that list, you use a Self-Identity Chart to help you create your Self-Identity that reflects WHO you see yourself to be in life.
Then, you use the Life-Purpose Chart to enter your Life-Purpose that describes WHY you think you exist here on earth.
Finally, you identify your Long-Term Achievement Goals covering WHAT you would like to achieve in the next 5-20 years of your life in 3 categories: work/career, education/learning, and family/relationships.
Your Self-Identity, Life-Purpose, & Long-Term Achievement Goals entered here automatically forward into Worksheet #10, your Growth Plan.
