WHAT’S A SUPPORT NETWORK?
An extremely critical part of actually achieving a Growth Plan (and of developing a life-long growth planning mindset & lifestyle) is learning and regularly using Growth Planning Life-Skill #9 – “Being able to build and maintain a Support Network.” So, as a part of building their Growth Plan, all growth planners identify up to 6 people to be in their Support Network – 2 of which can be immediate and extended family members or close family friends, 2 of which can be teachers, counselors, or a best friend of the growth planner, and 2 of which can be formal mentors who usually are experienced persons in a career or skill-building area of interest to the growth planner. Support Network Members are given a Username and Password by their growth planner so they can frequently enter parts of the planner’s Growth Plan Data-Center to review his or her Growth Plan and Quarterly Performance Benchmarks … and then send messages to the planner with their comments, suggestions, and offers of help.
If a growth planner has asked you to be a Support Network Member, please enter in the boxes on the left the UserName and Password given to you by your growth planner.
