About Us
Simply put, MyGrowthPlan.Org, Inc. is a nonprofit in the business of teen and young adult development.
- Our legal status is that we were founded in May of 2004; we received our IRS 501(c)3 designated nonprofit status in October of 2004; and we are currently registered to operate in the states of Minnesota and Florida.
- Our Mission is to be an innovative, research oriented nonprofit that develops, field-tests, provides and continuously improves best-national-practice youth developmental growth planning services that make a measurably positive and lasting
difference in the everyday lives of 8th grade, high school, and college age students ... with a special focus on the unique assets and developmental needs of @risk-w/high-potential teens and young adults of color. - Our Core Belief (as seen in our logo) is that youth grounded in a well-developed Growth Plan have a much better chance of withstanding life's inevitable strong winds.
